It is with honor, joy and pleasure that, through the Internet,we open a window for the world to take a glimpse into a Filipino-Bicolano community called Bulan.
Surfing through the internet, we found out that there are also places, somewhere around the world, with a similar name like ours. Every community, however is unique in itself.
We especially want to reach out to our “Kabubungto”, who miss this hometown so much, their hearts yearning for its warmth hospitality, friendliness, love and faithfulness, were it not for the distance and the inevitable things to do. May you find a balm for your longings for home.

And then, we extend our invitation to many of you who wish to come visit a place-friendly, warm, hospitable.
Indeed, we wish to share who and what we are as a community.
And above all, we give thanks of all these things to God, the Almighty and Divine Providence, in Whom we rest our toils, energy and spirit.
